Sour cherry cake

This is one of mine and my family favourite cake! ❤

The dough is the sponge dough, from the previous post. Sponge cake.

After you place the dough into the tray,add the sour cherry ( without the seed) into the cake. As many as you like. I like it full so I put one next to another.

Place it into the preheated oven at 175 °C   for 20 minutes. Test it with a tooth pick. If the tooth pick is clean is ready, if not let it a little more until the tooth pick comes clean.

You can place other fruits too: plum, apricot, peach, cherry, apple…. ❤
