Meatballs are easy to make and can be eaten simple with mustard, with mayonnaise or with pasta, mashed potatoes, used into tomato soup and so on…. Can also be frozen and eaten later.
Meatballs can be made from chicken meat, lamb, pork, beef, mix of pork and beef,fish.
I also have eaten meatballs made from a mix of chicken,pork and fish. :)) I was surprised of the mix, but I tried and were delicious.I ate them in China Town in Singapore. ❤ It is a Chinese recipe. You can also try the mix you want.
Italian people like to put parmesan into the mix! ❤ Some people like to put garlic inside too. What you like, you try, if you don’t, you will not know if is good or not!
What we need:
- 1 kg of minced meat
- 2 onions chopped fine
- one hand fresh dill, chopped fine
- one hand fresh parsley, chopped fine
- one table spoon of bread crumbs, plus extra for covering the meatballs
You will also need oil for frying.
We make the mix from all the ingredients and we leave it to rest into the fridge for 30 minutes.
How we make them:
We wet our hands, so the mix doesn’t stick. Now depends how big or small you want the meatballs to be. You take the mix and roll it into the hands to make a ball.You roll it into the bread crumbs and after fry them into the hot oil. ❤

Tip: If you do not have fresh dill and parsley, you can use dry. Also you can use other herb that you like. This is an idea and you can adapt it after your preferences. ❤
