Today I will present you a recipe with wine that can be eaten warm and also cold. Can be eaten simple, with bread, baked pickled cabbage, potatoes, other vegetables…. what ever you wish with … explore. ❤
What we need:
- one fish cleaned and washed, around 2-3 kg
- 1 onion cut julienne
- 8-10 pieces of bay leafs
- 20 pieces peppercorns
- 500 ml white wine
- 2-3 table spoons tomato paste
- oil for coating the tray
How we do it:
We need a tray. The size of the oven or for the fish to fit in. We coat it with oil. We place the fish in it. We spread the onion on the fish. After we add the bay leafs and peppercorns.
We place it in the oven at 175 ° C . After 15 minutes we add 250 ml of white wine, and after 15 minutes more ( 30 minutes from when we placed it into the oven) we add the rest of the wine and the tomato paste diluted in a little water.
We let it bake for 30 more minutes and from time to time ( at ≅ 10 minutes) we spread the sauce from the pan on top of the fish.
