Baked mushrooms

I like baked mushrooms. Simple or stuffed, they are easy to make. I usually use Champion mushrooms.

If we make them simple:

We need a tray and coat it with oil.

We take the mushrooms, we clean them with a paper towel and place them upside down into the tray. You don’t need to leave to much space between them because they will reduce in size. You place them into the oven for 20 minutes at 170 ° C. We add salt and pepper when they are ready. ❤

 

If we make them stuffed:

We need a tray and coat it with oil.

We clean the mushrooms with a paper towel and brake the leg. We place them upside down in the tray.

Inside we can put some ham cut into small pieces and cheese on top. We can make a mix of green onion and ham, garlic and ham, bacon, only onion, fresh herbs, dry herbs. If you want cheese you put or not. Is your choice! ❤

You bake them for 20 minutes at 170° C !

You can eat them like this as appetizers, with salad, as a side dish!
